No, we do not have an option to create your own package. We do offer multiple packages to choose from in order to best fit your needs.

Currently, Payment is available only through credit cards & debit cards, MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards being the preferred options. However, you can contact us for an offline (NEFT/UPI) purchase for the annual duration.




Why don't you accept all Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, NEFT, PayTM, Wallets etc?


  • Standing Instructions enabled auto renewal is a key aspect of the product we offer. This functionality assists non-intervention based seamless monthly renewal of your subscription access
  • The non-auto intervention led alternatives are impractical and prone to human errors which result in a gap in user experience.
  • Standing Instruction facility is currently available across limited instruments/ payment channels
  • You should soon see more payment options as we are in the process of adding more instruments / payment channels.




How secure is the payment mechanism/gateway?

Is my payment Refundable or Can I get refund of my payment?


No, we do not offer any refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription anytime.




Do I need to create an account to buy a membership?


Yes, you will be prompted to register first in order to complete your buying process. You need to create an account using your e-mail ID or any of your social accounts. If you have already registered earlier, you can use the same account for purchase. You need not create a separate account.




What if I don't want to become a member? Can I still read some articles for free?


News as you consume is categorized into 2 broad buckets: The first one is information while the second one is processed news or deep insights. If you do not wish to become a member you can still read the free informative articles.




How do I get an invoice for my membership?

I am a subscriber/buyer of the print newspaper why can't I get the digital version Free?


Digital is an independent product, while some of the content is the same, with the Biovolt Technologies Premium access, you get a lot more during the day information, products like newsletters, access to archives etc which are independent of the any Print Newspaper.




I don't live in India. Can I still become a member?


Yes, you can become a Biovolt Technologies Premium Member from anywhere in the world.

I am a premium subscriber and I see that you serve advertisements on your platform?


Our product promise is muted not in your face advertisements for our premium customers. The objective is to ensure that as a premium subscriber you get clutter free content experience and that is what we promise. Credible and Quality content creation demands resources. The amount we charge you for premium access is a highly subsidized one. Advertisements fill in a part of the funds required. CANCELLATIONS -

How & when can I cancel my subscription?


Cancellation is easy and can be initiated anytime for the future with No Questions Asked.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please write to us 48 hours prior to your card being charged for renewal.

Communicate from your registered email id and send the email with the cancellation request to Assist@biovolttech.org . Include your contact number for speedy action. Requests mailed to any other ID will not be acknowledged or actioned upon.
